By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. 

 iTellyou provides data leak detection and prevention services, including monitoring the dark web for potential breaches of your personal information. Our services aim to empower you against data leaks by offering real-time monitoring, actionable recommendations, and educational resources.

 By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the services solely for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from activities that disrupt or harm our services or other users.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information regarding data leaks, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of our detections. Data breaches can occur through various means, including weak passwords, phishing attacks, malware infections, and third-party breaches. By understanding these risks, you can better protect your data and prevent potential security breaches. 

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the iTellyou app and website are owned by iTellyou Technology Inc. or licensed to us. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services as intended. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

For premium features, users may be required to pay subscription fees:

• Billing: Payments are processed securely, and billing details must be accurate.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available upon request.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta. 

 We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
